Fightprint — Terms of Service

Plain-language rules for using Fightprint. We've kept this to what actually matters for an early-stage product — not a wall of boilerplate copied from somewhere else.

What Fightprint is

Fightprint is a tool for logging combat-sports training — rolls, rounds, and matches — and turning that log into real, statistically honest ratios about what actually works. It's not a coach, not a substitute for instruction, and not a claim of medical or safety expertise.

Who can use it

You must be 18 or older. One account per person — don't create accounts for other people or share your login. The information you give us at registration (email, date of birth) needs to be accurate; the age requirement in particular is enforced for real, not a checkbox.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your password secure and for what happens under your account. If you think someone else has access to it, change your password or email [email protected] right away — a password reset also signs out every other active session on your account.

Your data, and what we do with it

The training data you log — positions, outcomes, rounds — is yours. Using Fightprint means you're letting us store and process it to run the product: computing your own stats, and, where you've trained at a gym using the academy dashboard and that gym has your consent on file, contributing to that gym's room-level (never individual) engagement picture. Acceptable use

Log real training, honestly. Fabricated data undermines the entire point of the product.
Don't scrape, reverse-engineer the rate-limiting or verification systems, or attempt to inflate a technique's numbers artificially.
Don't impersonate another person or misuse the partner-identifier field to implicate someone in a roll that didn't happen.
Voice notes and any other uploads go through the expert console, not the general product, and are limited to what that tool is actually for — position-gap answers, not general file storage.

Combat sports, at your own risk

Fightprint tracks what happens when you train — it doesn't reduce the real physical risk of BJJ, MMA, wrestling, judo, sambo, boxing, kickboxing, or muay thai. Train within your own limits, with a qualified instructor, at a gym you trust. Nothing on this product is medical or safety advice.

Service availability

Fightprint is provided as it currently exists, without a guarantee of uptime. It's an early-stage product — features may change, and in rare cases the service could be modified or discontinued. We'll aim to give notice for anything that meaningfully affects your access to your own data.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms — most likely for fabricated data, abuse of the rate-limited endpoints, or impersonation. You can stop using Fightprint and request account deletion at any time via [email protected].

Changes to these terms

If these terms change in a way that meaningfully affects you, we'll update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, let you know directly.

Where this stands This page describes the real, current rules of using Fightprint, written honestly rather than pulled from a generic template. It deliberately doesn't include things like binding arbitration, liability caps, or jurisdiction-specific clauses — that language needs real legal counsel to get right, and we'd rather have no boilerplate than boilerplate that's wrong. That review is planned before any payment or subscription features launch.
